Kenneth S. Stumphauzer
Born in Lorain, Kenneth received his B.A. from Ohio University, graduating cum laude in 1967. He subsequently received his law degree from Akron University and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1976 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1980. He is a member of the Lorain County and American Bar Associations.
His practice areas include business law, public sector law, civil litigation, and business and corporate succession planning. When successful business owners wish to sell their businesses to purchasers with inadequate capital, succession agreements are a means of implementing an orderly sale and transfer of the business.
